Pioneer Cottage
The Pioneer Cottage is the original building on the property and was originally constructed in the mid to late 1800's when this region was first settled.
Ariel Cottages
The Ariel Cottages are solid Tasmanian sandstone buildings, built faithful to the early colonial heritage style, and perfect for couples looking for that serene rural escape.
Heritage Cottage
Heritage cottage was originally situated in Oatlands on the Midland Highway south of Ross. In 1995 it was dismantled, loaded onto seventy pallets, transported to Blackwood Park and rebuilt over a period of four years.
Hobbit Cottage
Hobbit cottage was refurbished from an old milking shed in 1990. This quaint and cosy cottage is tucked behind hedges & stone walls with glorious views of the countryside.
The Gardens
The gardens are our passion.
A number of distinct and tranquil garden rooms have been established for the enjoyment of all of our guests. Help yourself to produce from our greenhouse or enjoy the views from our viewing benches.
Our Home
The house was built in 1870 and is the heart of the property.
One of the original homesteads in this area when it was first colonised, our house is where we have chosen to settle down and start our family.
Our Livestock
Experience life on the farm.
We have a range of livestock on the property, including sheep, alpacas, chooks, ducks, goats, guinea fowl, and dogs. Guests can help feed the animals!
